At SmartiMobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SmartiMobile account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and disable any 'Find My Device' or cloud locks before securely packing the item in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
